Our Auckland fans will be glad to hear that the fabulous, most groovy BRILLEAUX will be appearing at the
Whangarei Jazz and Blues Festival
to be held on the
7th and 8th OCTOBER, 2006
in Whangarei.
No venue has been assigned to us as yet, but I will keep you all posted as to where and when etc as details become available, but in the meantime - pass this blog address on to all your friends and music lovers around the country, and help make this an AMAZING EVENT

Brilleaux
will be making an appearance at the
2006 Quarryfest,
to be held at
Te Puna Quarry Park
on 5th November, 2006

Te Puna Quarry Park is as you may have guessed a beautiful park on the site of the old quarry, featuring landscaped gardens, old quarry machinery, and many beautiful rock sculptures. It is an ideal venue, and a lovely place to take the family. This ladies and gentlemen, is the place to come and check out the latest news and information on New Zealand premiere, kick-ass Rhythm and Blues Band.

The blog format is much easier and user friendly for the band to keep you up to date as opposed to the original website thing. We are able to post news and stuff as it happens - we can attach pictures, gigs, movies and songs as frequently as we wish, so this site should be a lot more interesting and up to date than the website.
We will keep the website as our Homepage, so that people can still contact us using the old "www.brilleaux.orcon.net.nz" address, but it will eventually have a link direct to THIS site.
